Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pusser's Rum, or Navy strength rum
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut (Coco Real)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut.
  3. Shake vigorously until well blended and chilled.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a wedge of fresh pineapple or a pineapple leaf.
