Calamansi Zing Cocktail
This Calamansi Rickey Cocktail is a delightful and refreshing drink that highlights the zesty flavor of calamansi, also known as calamondin or Philippine lime. The citrus fruit, characteristic of Filipino and Southeast Asian cuisine, offers a tangy blend of lemon, lime, and orange. This recipe yields enough syrup for 4 cocktails, which can be prepared in advance. For a non-alcoholic twist, omit the gin.
