Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chocolate butter mix (see instructions for mix ingredients)
  • 2 oz rum
  • 3 oz boiling water
  • whipped cream, to serve

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Butter Mix by creaming softened butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Slowly add in cocoa until the mixture resembles a sugar scrub. This mix can be frozen for up to one month.
  2. Place 3 tablespoons of the Chocolate Butter Mix into a mug.
  3. Add rum to the mug.
  4. Top with boiling water.
  5. Gently stir together until the liquid becomes silky.
  6. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
