Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled cream soda
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla vodka
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon artificial vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel topping (or butterscotch syrup)

Instructions

  1. In a medium pitcher, carefully pour the chilled cream soda.
  2. Add the butterscotch schnapps, vanilla vodka, butterscotch syrup, and artificial vanilla into the pitcher, and stir slowly until the butterscotch syrup is dissolved.
  3. While the cocktail chills in the fridge, prepare the topping by whipping the heavy whipping cream and butter extract in a large bowl until a whipped cream is formed.
