Bubbly Blood Orange Sage Sangria

A refreshing and bubbly sangria made with freshly squeezed blood oranges, berries, and a hint of sage.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz sparkling Rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier or Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 3 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dry sparkling blood orange soda
  • 1 blood orange, sliced
  • 2 oz strawberries, sliced
  • 1.50 oz blueberries
  • 1.50 oz blackberries
  • Handful of sage leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, add the sliced fruit and sage leaves.
  2. Pour in the orange liqueur, blood orange juice, blood orange soda, and sparkling Rosé wine over the fruit.
  3. Gently stir the ingredients together.
  4. Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
