Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Pimm's Cup No. 1
  • 1/2 ounce Bertoux Brandy
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Ciocaro
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 dash cucumber bitters
  • 3/4 ounce water

Instructions

  1. Combine Pimm's Cup, brandy, Amaro Ciocaro, simple syrup, lime juice, cucumber bitters, and water in an iSi dispenser.
  2. Charge the mixture to carbonate it.
  3. Serve the carbonated cocktail in a Collins glass over ice.
