Ingredients

  • 2 mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1.50 ounces Banks 7 Golden Age Rum
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 0.50 ounce turbinado sugar
  • 0.50 ounce Mathilde peach liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons mango puree
  • Crushed ice
  • Mango Waterloo sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves.
  2. Add Banks 7 Rum, lime juice, turbinado sugar, peach liqueur, mango puree, and ice into the shaker and shake well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a zombie glass.
  4. Add crushed ice and top with mango Waterloo sparkling water.
