Ingredients
- 2 mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 1.50 ounces Banks 7 Golden Age Rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 0.50 ounce turbinado sugar
- 0.50 ounce Mathilde peach liqueur
- 2 tablespoons mango puree
- Crushed ice
- Mango Waterloo sparkling water
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves.
- Add Banks 7 Rum, lime juice, turbinado sugar, peach liqueur, mango puree, and ice into the shaker and shake well.
- Pour the mixture into a zombie glass.
- Add crushed ice and top with mango Waterloo sparkling water.
