Ingredients

  • 3 oz bacon bourbon
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • 1 tsp bacon salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 raw egg white

Instructions

  1. Use a lemon or lime to moisten the edges of the glass.
  2. Coat the rim of the glass with a mixture of brown sugar and bacon salt.
  3. In a shaker with ice, combine bacon bourbon, Kahlua, Bailey's, and maple syrup.
  4. Add a raw egg white to the shaker and shake vigorously.
  5. Optionally, line the inside of the glass with honey.
  6. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass and enjoy your morning kick in the arse!
