Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Skyy Vodka (or preferred)
  • 1.50 oz. Peach Liqueur
  • 1 cup fresh peach slices; peeled
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 3 tbsp. cranberry juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh peach slices, vodka, peach liqueur, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a martini glass.
  3. In the blender, combine the raspberries and cranberry juice. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.
  4. Swirl around 2 tablespoons of the raspberry mixture into the peach mixture using a teaspoon.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with a sprig of fresh mint.
