Ingredients
- 5 oz rosé wine
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp simple syrup
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- Garnish: 1 lemon twist
Instructions
- Pour the rosé into a 9" x 13" baking pan and place it in the freezer for up to 6 hours, or until almost solid.
- Remove the frozen rosé from the pan and transfer it to a blender, breaking up any large icy chunks.
- Add the Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until it reaches a thick, slushy consistency.
- Divide the Frosé evenly among 4 coupe glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a twist of lemon.
