Ingredients

  • 5 oz rosé wine
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp simple syrup
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • Garnish: 1 lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé into a 9" x 13" baking pan and place it in the freezer for up to 6 hours, or until almost solid.
  2. Remove the frozen rosé from the pan and transfer it to a blender, breaking up any large icy chunks.
  3. Add the Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until it reaches a thick, slushy consistency.
  5. Divide the Frosé evenly among 4 coupe glasses.
  6. Garnish each glass with a twist of lemon.
