Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Blue curaçao liqueur
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tsp Pasteurized egg white (or aquafaba)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake well.
  2. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.
  3. Dry shake the mixture (without ice).
  4. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
