Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 blood orange, juiced
  • 1.50 ounces gin
  • 2 tablespoons prosecco
  • Orange slice and/or thyme sprig for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Squeeze the juice of a blood orange and pour it into the shaker.
  3. Add 1.5 ounces of gin to the shaker.
  4. Cover the shaker and shake until the mixture becomes frosty.
  5. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  6. Top the cocktail with 2 tablespoons of prosecco.
  7. Garnish with an orange slice and/or a thyme sprig, if desired.
