Blissful Irish Whiskey Delight
Indulge in the rich and creamy goodness of a homemade Baileys Irish Cream, made with Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of coffee and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or half + half)
- 3 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Irish whiskey (we like Jameson)
- 1/2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Dissolve the instant coffee granules in a little whiskey before adding it to the blender.
- Place the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and coffee in a blender.
- Blend the mixture on low to medium speed for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Transfer the Baileys to a tightly sealed glass container and refrigerate.
- Shake well before serving.
