Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 - 1/2 oz Blackberry Liqueur
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • A few dashes Angostura bitters
  • Soda water
  • Blackberries, for serving

Instructions

  1. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except soda water.
  2. Shake vigorously to combine.
  3. In an ice-filled rocks glass, pour the cocktail carefully.
  4. Top off with soda water.
