Ingredients
- 1.25 oz fresh blackberries
- 1 tbsp superfine sugar
- 0.50 oz elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
- 0.50 oz blanco tequila
- Ice
- 5 oz pinot noir
- 1 oz lemon-flavored soda or blackberry-flavored seltzer (optional)
- Fresh blackberries, lemon wheel, and rosemary sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass, muddle the blackberries with the superfine sugar until crushed and juicy.
- Add the elderflower liqueur and tequila, and stir until the sugar dissolves, creating a dark syrup.
- Fill a pitcher with ice and add the pinot noir.
