Bitter Bliss Spritz

A refreshing and stylish cocktail with a hint of bitterness, the Bitter Bliss Spritz originated from the 1950s in Venice, inspired by a mix of white wine and soda. It features the Italian aperitif Aperol, known for its origin in Padua in 1919. The "ready to drink" version was introduced in 2011, making it easier to enjoy at home. With a low alcohol content, it offers a delightful balance of flavors, perfect for a laid-back evening.
