Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
  • 6 oz sweet red wine (such as Moscato)
  • 3 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen berries and the sweet red wine in a blender.
  2. Blend until the fruit is finely pureed.
  3. Add the ginger ale to the blender and pulse carefully to mix the fruit and wine with the soda.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the berry seeds.
