Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Ice
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

  1. Create the berry syrup by blending the mixed berries, water, and sugar until smooth, then strain the mixture and refrigerate.
  2. Chill a large coupe glass.
  3. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, lemon juice, 1 ounce of berry syrup, heavy cream, and egg white. Shake vigorously until well chilled, then strain into the coupe.
  4. Discard the ice, return the drink to the shaker, and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into the coupe and serve immediately.
