  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. Matusalem Clasico Rum
  • Miller High Life beer
  • Lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, add the simple syrup, lime juice, Green Chartreuse, and Matusalem Clasico Rum.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed, ensuring a slightly dry finish to complement the sweetness of the beer.
  3. In a Collins glass, add 4 ice cubes and then pour in a portion of the beer, setting the glass aside.
  4. Add 3 ice cubes to the shaker tin and shake the mixture.
  5. Taste the cocktail again and adjust if necessary, then strain it into the prepared Collins glass with beer.
  6. Serve the remaining beer alongside the cocktail and garnish with a lime wheel.
