Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
  • 3/4 oz bell pepper-infused Aperol
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz pineapple syrup (1:1 fresh pineapple juice to sugar)
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp Ancho Reyes Verde
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rinse a glass with Ancho Reyes Verde, discarding the excess.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. In a shaker, combine the blanco tequila, bell pepper-infused Aperol, fresh lime juice, pineapple syrup, and basil leaves with ice.
  4. Shake the mixture well.
  5. Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
