Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon light rum
- 1 teaspoon creme de cacao
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, half-and-half cream, egg yolk, and sugar. Cook over medium-low heat until thickened.
- Blend the ripe banana in a food processor until smooth.
