Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp light rum
  • 1 tsp creme de cacao
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, half-and-half, egg yolk, and sugar. Cook over medium-low heat until thickened.
  2. Blend the ripe banana in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into a pitcher, adding in the banana puree, rum, creme de cacao, and vanilla extract.
