Ingredients

- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp light rum
- 1 tsp creme de cacao
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, half-and-half, egg yolk, and sugar. Cook over medium-low heat until thickened.
- Blend the ripe banana in a food processor until smooth.
