Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 3 oz. Cake Vodka
  • 3 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Baileys Irish Cream
  • Grated chocolate (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, combine heavy cream, sugar, and Baileys Irish Cream. Whisk on medium-low until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Baileys Irish Cream, Cake Vodka, and Butterscotch Schnapps. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour the mixture into a martini glass.
  4. Top with the prepared Bailey's Irish Whipped Cream.
  5. Garnish with grated or shaved chocolate, if desired.
