- 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Lemon wedge
- 3 oz pumpkin ale beer
- 1 oz ginger beer
- Cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and spread it onto a large plate.
- Use a lemon wedge to moisten the rim of an 8-ounce glass, then roll the rim in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat it.
- Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and fill it halfway with pumpkin ale, aiming at the side of the glass.
- Top up the glass with ginger beer.
