Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Lemon wedge
  • 3 oz pumpkin ale beer
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • Cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and spread it onto a large plate.
  2. Use a lemon wedge to moisten the rim of an 8-ounce glass, then roll the rim in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat it.
  3. Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and fill it halfway with pumpkin ale, aiming at the side of the glass.
  4. Top up the glass with ginger beer.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
