Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 ounces Kahlua
  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounces pumpkin spice cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the ingredients for pumpkin spice cream and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill a glass with ice.
  4. Add Kahlua and vodka, then top with 1 1/2 oz of pumpkin spice cream.
