Autumn Frosted Fizz

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 oz London dry gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine 2 1/4 oz London dry gin, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 oz Grand Marnier; chill for at least 2 hours.
- Chill 1 large egg white in a small jar until cold.
- For each cocktail, shake 2 1/2 oz gin mixture, 1/2 oz egg white, and 1 teaspoon orange marmalade in a cocktail shaker until very frothy, about 1 minute.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
