Autumn Fire Mezcal Margarita
A fall-inspired twist on the classic margarita, featuring mezcal, apple cider, and a hint of cinnamon and orange.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 lime wedge
- 2/3 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 1/2 ounces mezcal
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- Cinnamon sticks and apple slice for garnish
Instructions
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt on a small plate.
- Rub the rim of an old-fashioned glass with the lime wedge, then dip the rim in the sugar mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
