Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2/3 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 1/2 ounces mezcal
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • Cinnamon sticks and apple slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt on a small plate.
  2. Rub the rim of an old-fashioned glass with the lime wedge, then dip the rim in the sugar mixture.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine apple cider, lime juice, mezcal, and triple sec. Shake well.
