Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon raw sugar or sea salt
  • Ice, to taste
  • 3 ounces Irish cream
  • 3 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka

Instructions

  1. Pour the caramel sauce onto a saucer large enough to coat the rim of the serving glass.
  2. Dip the rim of the serving glass into the caramel sauce until fully coated.
  3. In another saucer, add the raw sugar or sea salt.
  4. Dip the caramel-coated rim into the raw sugar or sea salt.
  5. Fill the serving glass halfway with ice.
  6. In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, Irish cream, coffee liqueur, and vodka. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  7. Strain the mixture into the prepared serving glass over the ice.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
