Ingredients

  • 1 oz amontillado sherry, preferably Lustau
  • 3/4 oz blanco tequila, preferably Tequila Cabeza
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • Heaping spoonful raspberry jam or preserves
  • Small pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Cucumber Tonic Water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin filled with ice, combine amontillado sherry, blanco tequila, lemon juice, raspberry jam, and a small pinch of salt.
  2. Shake the mixture until chilled.
  3. Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled double Old-Fashioned glass over ice.
