  • 1 tablespoon Apricot Jam
  • 0.70 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Fresh Apricot Slices for serving
  • Ice for shaking

Instructions

  1. In a Boston Shaker, combine the whisky, apricot jam, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the egg white last to prevent the proteins from setting in the acid.
  3. Dry shake the mixture for 30 seconds.
  4. Add 5 ice cubes to the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Strain the cocktail through a Hawthorn Strainer into a coupe glass.
