Ingredients

  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Sprinkling of sugar, for muddling
  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 4 oz Apricot Nectar
  • Soda Water, to top
  • Mint, to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, muddle mint leaves and sugar together.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add bourbon and apricot nectar to the glass.
  4. Top with soda water to fill the glass.
  5. Stir to combine the ingredients.
  6. Garnish by slapping the mint between your palms to release essential oils, then place it on top of the cocktail.
