  • 2 ounces of amaro

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin, combine the amaro with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  2. Fine-strain the amaro into an empty tin, discarding the ice.
  3. Dry shake the amaro without ice for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
