Ingredients

  • 1 lemon peel twist
  • 1 orange peel twist
  • 2 oz. amaretto (such as Caffo)
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • Angostura bitters (for serving)
  • Cocktail cherry (for serving; optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large cocktail shaker, combine the egg white, lemon peel twist, orange peel twist, amaretto, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
