Ingredients

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. orgeat
  • 1/2 oz. apricot liqueur
  • Ice
  • Dehydrated lemon wheel
  • Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, fresh lemon juice, orgeat, and apricot liqueur to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients well.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
  6. Add a couple of dashes of Peychaud's bitters on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
