Ingredients

  • 2oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1oz espresso, freshly brewed and cooled
  • 1/2oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a martini glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, amaretto, simple syrup, and cooled espresso.
  3. Seal the shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake until the cocktail is chilled.
  5. Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with 2-3 coffee beans.
